Services
For my clients, I provide either a one-time consultation, brief therapy, or long-term psychotherapy using an integrative theoretical approach.
In addition to meeting in person, I offer online therapy sessions to clients living in the state of California.
Individual therapy can help you to:
improve your mood
increase emotional regulation
decrease symptoms of anxiety or depression
improve self-confidence
process a loss or trauma
better manage stress
strengthen your relationships
explore your identity
increase self-compassion
decrease self-doubt
clarify your goals and values
restore energy and vitality
My work with couples is informed by the principles of EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy), which emphasizes the attachment bond between partners. EFT is an evidence-based therapy and helps couples create happier, more secure relationships through attunement and responsiveness to one another's needs.
Couples therapy can help you to:
reconnect with your partner
rekindle the spark between the two of you
increase intimacy and connection
communicate more effectively
better navigate major life transitions together
realize that it’s about more than leaving dirty dishes in the sink
Consultation & Workshops for therapists
For therapists, I offer clinical consultation and private practice building workshops. My “Demystifying Private Practice” Workshops are held annually, and are focused on supporting beginning clinicians to build confidence and skills to launch a private therapy practice.
Fees & Insurance
My hourly fee is $270 per 50-minute session for individual therapy, and $310 per 50-minute couples therapy session.
I am considered an out-of-network healthcare provider, and am not an in-network with any health insurance companies.
My clients pay me directly for sessions and I provide them with monthly super-bills, at their request. These statements can be submitted to their insurance companies for partial reimbursement (if out-of-network psychotherapy is a covered benefit under their plan).
Please contact your insurance carrier directly with specific questions regarding mental health benefits covered under your plan.
